This downloadable PDF, by Occupational Therapist Donna Shaman, explains what CVI is in very easy to follow terms and develops a program that teachers and therapists can use to best teach students with CVI. The team-centered strategy that Donna encourages works best with family involvement too, so this can be a great way for parents to approach their school districts if they feel their child needs more structure in class.

Donna’s booklet also provides evaluation worksheets and a program planning guide. This is a very valuable resource!
